CAIRO, Ga. (WALB) - Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling south of Cairo on GA Highway 93 at the intersection of Pine Park Road following a traffic crash involving injuries.

According to GCSO, first responders are currently on the scene investigating the crash and assisting those involved. Authorities say the roadway remains open at this time, but motorists should expect emergency crews to be working in the area.

Drivers are encouraged to slow down, stay alert and give first responders plenty of room to work safely while traveling through the intersection.

No additional details about the crash or the extent of injuries have been released at this time.
