Description
VALDOSTA, Ga. (WALB) - Firefighters with the Valdosta Fire Department responded to a fire at a commercial building in the early hours of Saturday morning.
At around 3:20 a.m., VFD responded to the structure fire at 810 North Ashley Street.
According to VFD, the first unit arrived on scene three minutes later to find heavy smoke and flames coming from the backside of the building.
The fire was brought under control by 17 firefighters, saving the adjacent buildings and business.
There were no injures as a result of the fire.
