CALHOUN COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - Ten students received new laptops Friday, March 27 for their academic performance this school year.

Dr. Jean-Jacques Medastin, executive director of the Calhoun County School System, and Dr. Douglas L. Allen, program manager of Albany State University Rams Global, provided five HP laptops with T-Mobile hotspots to Calhoun County Elementary School and five HP laptops to Calhoun County High School at no cost.

Students were selected based on their scholarly performance throughout the school year, according to the school system.
