Bleckley County 14, Northeast 13 (GAME OF THE WEEK)

A chippy game between both sides had just one scoring drive in the entire second half. Deondrez Robertson punched in a late touchdown for the Royals to keep them in the hunt for a region championship.

Peach County 52, Dougherty HS 20

The Trojans moved to 2-0 in region play after a dominant win in the mascot matchup against Dougherty. Junior running back Ashton Barton starred for Peach and scored multiple touchdowns.

GAME CHANGER | Jireh Campbell

Dublin 42, ACE 27

The Irish bounced back after a shutout loss vs Northeast last week - picking up a much-needed region win to stay neck-and-neck with the Raiders - and others.

FPD 21, Stratford 10

After a 5-0 start to the season, the Eagles are running into some late season struggles. They fall to the cellar of their GIAA region as the Vikings got the best of their cross-town rivals on the road tonight.

Player of the Week - Bleckley County defense

Aside from a few big plays (including a 93-yard touchdown catch), the Purple and Gold stopped Northeast in the end zone countless times and held them to a season-low 13 points.

Play of the Week - Big touchdown run by Peach County RB Ashton Barton

Barton was involved in quite a few scoring plays tonight and continues to be a driving for Peach County's undefeated reign.
