NASHVILLE, Ga. (WALB) — The Berrien Rebels are 3-0 for the first time in 17 years after a comeback win.

Berrien trailed by 7 points with just over a minute to play when Cash Perkins tied the game on a touchdown.

Berrien’s defense forced a three-and-out on the ensuing possession. Jerrion Brown then had a punt return that set up freshman kicker Park Farnham for a 41-yard field goal.

Farnham’s field goal was the game-winning score and kept the Rebels unbeaten.

Coach Jackson Dean’s team will travel to Irwin County after its bye week, looking for a 4-0 start.
