Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — A local youth soccer camp is getting a boost ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Georgia’s Own Credit Union is donating two dozen soccer balls to the Albany Area YMCA’s summer soccer camp. The 26 balls symbolize the 2026 World Cup and are part of a statewide push to help more kids play, regardless of cost.
The YMCA said the new gear will help them keep a first-class program going for local kids.
