ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Police Department (APD) is searching for the suspect in a theft investigation.

According to APD, the suspect is wanted for Theft by Taking a battery out of a vehicle.

The incident happened in the 1000 block of Wingate Avenue on April 1.

Anyone with information on the suspect’s identity is asked to contact APD at (229) 431-2100.
