ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - An Albany City Commissioner has died of “natural causes” on Sunday, Dec. 29.
According to Dougherty County Coroner Michael Fowler, Demetrius Young died in the emergency room at Phoebe at 4:26 p.m.
He was 53 years old.
