Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Sunday morning’s lows will drop into the low 60s as cloud cover moves out. A few areas of fog cannot be ruled out, but most will remain clear throughout the entire morning as temperatures heat up into the afternoon.
Highs will climb into the upper 80s and low 90s. During the afternoon, a disturbance sends a cold front our way, and rain chances return. Rainfall will be isolated to scattered with low amounts of total rainfall throughout the day. A few gusty winds may be possible within any storms that develop. Rainfall will be possible, even into the night, as lows dip into the 60s.
Higher rain chances arrive on Monday as the front stalls out over South Georgia. Any thunderstorms will remain sub-severe. Rain chances drop from Tuesday through Thursday, but return to close out the week as a new cold front arrives. Highs and lows remain above average in the upper 80s and 90s, for highs and lows are in the humid 60s.
