Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia is welcoming three new Assistant United States Attorneys to the Albany Criminal Division.
The announcement was made on Facebook Aug. 26.
Christian Bryant, Whitney Bradford, and Brad Rigby are all former state prosecutors from Cordele, with experience in complex cases such as murders, child exploitation, gang violence, fraud, and public corruption.
Between the three of them, they’ve got 150 jury trials under their belts.
“Together, this highly skilled team will enhance our efforts to ensure public safety in southwest Georgia and across the Middle District of Georgia, as we work alongside our law enforcement partners to uphold the rule of law,” the Facebook post reads.
Rigby previously worked for the Cordele Judicial Circuit, which faced a large backlog of cases and full jails.
