COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — The driver of an ATV died Thursday, Feb. 26, following a crash on a state highway in Coffee County, the Georgia State Patrol (GSP) confirmed.
The ATV reportedly collided with a Dodge Ram 1500 truck at the intersection of State Route 135 and Joe Ellis Road.
GSP said the ATV driver failed to yield to the truck.
The ATV’s driver was reportedly taken to Coffee Regional where they died as a result of injuries from the crash.
The ATV driver’s identity was not released.
