(Gray News) - The White House has launched a new streaming initiative on YouTube titled Trump TV: The Essentials Station, offering 24/7 video coverage of the President’s past moments and announcements just days after he revoked access to three major news outlets over what he called fake news.

The program was launched on Monday, Sept. 21, with its official description reading:

Watch the Trump Administration’s biggest moments all in one place. Top videos, major remarks, and must-see highlights streaming 24/7 and updated in real time. Stay informed and stay up to date!

It was launched the same day that CNN, MS NOW and Politico filed a lawsuit over what they describe as a “blatant violation” of the First Amendment: getting banned from the White House.

President Trump announced the ban on Friday because of his displeasure with their reporting, which he labeled as fake news.

In the same post announcing the ban, Trump warned that other “fake news media outlets” would follow.

With CNN’s coverage pool duties stripped, major networks suspended pool service indefinitely while some print resources declined to publish photographs from the official unveiling of a new presidential helipad.

Trump acknowledged the lawsuit on Truth Social, doubling down on fake news claims and said he would “do whatever is necessary to make sure that the U.S.A. thrives.”
