FRIDAY PM: We enter the upper 80s midday and lower/middle 90s this afternoon with heat indices 100-105. A few afternoon showers and thunderstorms are possible south and west.

WEEKEND: The first half of Saturday should be rain free, but by afternoon widespread showers and storms are expected with locally heavy downpours possible. There’s a Marginal Risk of Flash Flooding. Wet weather lasts through our Sunday. Cooler afternoon temperatures are expected too in the upper 80s. Rain totals will generally stay between 1-3 inches with isolated areas potentially seeing higher from heavier rain bands.

MONDAY: Continued wet with below average afternoon temperatures.

MID WEEK: We return to more seasonable weather with lower rain chances and high temperatures back into the lower 90s.
