Description

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Today was a tale of two seasons, started off below freezing and ended the day comfortable near 70 degrees. Looking ahead, temperatures will be unseasonably warm with no rain in sight for the next week.

Tonight, temperatures fall to the low 40s with clear skies expected for Aurora viewing, however it is unlikely they make it as far south as they did last night. Your best chance of seeing them will be looking at the northern horizon, away from light pollution. Auroras show up better through pictures, so if you can’t see anything, try taking a picture.

Tomorrow will be mostly sunny in the mid 70s. Afternoon highs slowly rise near 80 by the beginning of next week along with overnight lows staying in the 40s until next week, where they jump into the low 50s.
