FITZGERALD, Ga. (WALB) — The Ben Hill County Sheriff’s Special Operations Division says a months-long drug investigation has led to two arrests in Fitzgerald.
On April 22, deputies and Fitzgerald police ran an operation in the 500 block of East Pine Street.
Two Fitzgerald residents were taken into custody on multiple felony drug counts, including trafficking in cocaine.
Officers seized about 34 grams of cocaine, more than three ounces of marijuana, multiple schedule pills, digital scales, packaging materials, and U.S. currency.
