1:30PM TUESDAY: A patch of showers are beginning to enter our far western counties on the AL/GA line. No severe threat expected with these, just some heavy downpours. Those who do not see rain will continue to be warm as temperatures linger in the upper 80s.

TUESDAY EVENING: Storm chances are expected to increase, some can be to be strong to severe. The main impacts are gusty winds, small pockets of hail, and flash flooding for those who can see heavy downpours. A 1 of 5 marginal risk of severe weather is in place for all of SWGA.

WEDNESDAY: A more comfortable start to your mid-week as Tuesday’s cold front brings us cooler and drier air to enjoy. Lots of sunshine and breezy conditions to come.

THURSDAY: A quick late spring transition! Plentiful sunshine and a crisp start to your morning with many of us waking to upper 50s, then to low 80s in the afternoon. Breezy conditions expected to continue.

FRIDAY: Sunshine to stay but muggier mid 80s make its return.

WEEKEND: Warmer and muggier trend makes for slightly increased rain chances for Sunday as tropical moisture seeps in.
