Description
WORTH COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - A crash in Worth County on Feb. 20 led to both vehicles involved being towed away.
No injuries were reported, but both vehicles — a semi-truck and a pickup truck were towed away this afternoon, according to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP).
A Dodge Ram truck at the intersection of GA 520 and Woodcrest Road failed to yield and hit a semi-truck traveling west on GA 520.
Officers on the scene realized the Dodge driver was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol. The driver was taken to Worth County Jail and charged with DUI and failure to yield after stopping at a stop sign, according to GSP.
