MOULTRIE, Ga. — A temporary road closure along Industrial Drive is expected to begin Monday, Aug. 3, according to city officials.

The closure affects Industrial Drive between the roundabout at Adel Highway and 1st Avenue SE, where crews will remove and pave over two railroad tracks. City officials said crews will remove one track and pave over the area before moving on to the second.

Portions of the road will be closed to through traffic during the work. The city said the project is expected to be complete by the end of the week, weather permitting.
