ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — The Dougherty County Police Department is searching for a suspect accused of exposing himself in a local store on Sunday, Sept. 27.

According to police, the suspect was involved in an incident at Moore’s Grocery, located at 4028 Moultrie Road.

According to the incident report, the suspect defecated in the parking lot outside the business before entering the store. Once inside, police said the suspect engaged in similar behavior in one of the store aisles.

Police said the suspect exposed himself inside the business. After reviewing surveillance footage, police said the store manager observed additional conduct involving the suspect.

The suspect left the scene in a vehicle that did not display a license plate, according to police.

Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect, the vehicle or has information that could assist in identifying or locating the individual to contact the Dougherty County Police Department.

Police advise the public not to approach or detain the suspect.

The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information may be released as appropriate, according to police.
