SYLVESTER, Ga. (WALB) - A 47-year-old male was hit by a car in the City of Sylvester at approximately 6:29 pm. The individual was hit on Carter Road at the intersection of Franklin Street by a woman who was driving a 2017 Buick Regal.
The victim was injured and flown to the Medical Center Atrium in Macon by Air Evac.
The crash is under investigation; no other details are available at this time.
