FRIDAY PM: Clear and quiet evening awaits with temperatures gradually decreasing into the 80s, then the 70s overnight.
SATURDAY: The morning kicks off in the lower 70s and slightly muggier. first half of the day will be sunny and highs will top off in the low to mid 90s. Showers and storms will enter from the NW mid-late afternoon until dusk. Not everyone will see them but some storms have the opportunity to be strong to severe. Main threats are damaging winds up to 60mph possible and frequent lightning.
SUNDAY: Hot and unsettled pattern continues as showers and storms enter in the afternoon but not as widespread as Saturday.
EARLY WEEK: Isolated to scattered storms possible with highs in the low 90s as we begin Astronomical Fall on Tuesday.
MID-LATE WEEK: A cold front approaches the region which will dry out rain chances and bring temperatures down a few degrees back near average in the upper 80s.
