TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - A Tallahassee man is behind bars and accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old Florida State University student.

Treon Patrick Jr., 27, is charged with sexual battery and burglary with assault or battery, according to arrest documents.

Overnight on June 29, investigators said Patrick followed the student and her friends from Recess at CollegeTown to her dorm in Magnolia Hall.

Arrest documents reveal he walked into the dorm behind the group as the door was still open.

The teen admitted to investigators that she was intoxicated as Patrick knocked on her door and said he needed help finding the exit. As she led him down the stairwell, Patrick proceeded to assault her.

Patrick was booked into the Leon County Jail on Wednesday, according to arrest documents.
