JOHNSON COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) — The Johnson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO) is asking for help in looking for a missing man suffering from dementia.

JCSO said James Tompkins was last seen at around 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday near Georgia Highway 15 North, around the Johnson and Washington County line.
Mr. Tompkins is described as 5'7", 170 pounds and has long gray hair, and he was last seen wearing only a t-shirt and an adult diaper.
Anyone with information on Mr. Tompkins' whereabouts is asked to contact the Johnson County Sheriff's Office at (478) 864-4003 or dial 911.
