WORTH COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — Drivers in Worth County are advised of a temporary road closure on Jewel Crowe Road, between Pearson Road and Camp Osborne Road.

The road is currently closed to allow crews to replace a cross-drain pipe, according to Worth County Public Works.

Officials say the closure will likely remain in effect for the majority of the day.

Motorists are urged to use alternate routes and to drive with caution in the area.

“We appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary work is completed,” officials said in a statement
