GRADY COUNTY, Ga. (WCTV) - A Mitchell County woman was arrested in Grady County after officials claim she, intentionally, set a restaurant on fire in January.
Brandy Henley was taken into custody Friday morning, according to the Grady County Sheriff’s Office. GCSO said Henley was wanted for first-degree arson in the fire at Kebo’s BBQ & More in Camilla.
Deputies received a tip and carried out the search warrant for Henley at a home on Akridge Rd., north of Cairo, in Grady County.
“This is a good example of teamwork between sheriff’s offices,” Sheriff Earl Prince said in a statement released on Facebook.
GCSO said Henley is being held, pending further legal proceedings.
