ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced an update to the deadly shooting at Albany State University in October 2024.

The GBI released that additional warrants have been served to Jeremy Marshall, 18, in connection to the shooting death of De’Morian Daniels.

The additional warrants include charges for:

• Murder
• Aggravated Assault
• Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony

WALB previously reported that Marshall is facing the following charges:

• 3 counts of aggravated assault
• 3 counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony

He is currently being held at the Dougherty County Jail.
