TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Out-of-state students at Florida State University will be paying more for school starting this fall.
On Thursday, the FSU Board of Trustees approved a 10% hike in out-of-state fees.
Undergrads will have to pay $50 more per credit hour.

Board members said the hike will help FSU compete with other national universities.
It’s Florida State’s first time raising out-of-state fees since 2011.
The University of Florida also upped out-of-state fees by 10% this week.
