Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) -
FRIDAY EVENING: The effects of the cold front that passed earlier today will set in. Bring a light jacket if planning to be out late as temperatures will drop into the low 60s later this evening.
WEEKEND: Plentiful sunshine and dry conditions. Morning lows drop in the upper 40s to low 50s with afternoon highs in the low-mid 70s, Winds will remain light 5-10mph from the north.
EARLY WEEK: High pressure sets in across the Southeast locking in the dry and quiet pattern. Morning lows hang around in the mid to upper 40s with 70s for highs in the afternoon. Sunshine dominates!
LATE WEEK: We are tracking a second front to reinforce the fall feel and it has the potential to drop morning lows in the upper 30s to low 40s by next weekend, potentially bringing us our first frost of the season. So far it looks to be moisture starved but will be keeping an eye on an isolated to scattered shower chance as it approaches.
