ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Dougherty County Police Department (DCPD) are investigating after a firearm was discharged at a residence Tuesday night.
According to DCPS, officers responded around 8:14 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2026, to a report of shots fired at a home in the 1200 block of Antioch Road.
According to authorities, the complainant told officers that Riley Paul Faulk allegedly threatened to kill the victim before firing a gun in the victim’s direction while they were in the front yard of the residence.
Police, along with members of the Albany-Dougherty County SWAT team, searched the area for Faulk but were unable to locate him.
No injuries were reported.
The incident remains under investigation, and charges are pending.
