COLQUITT COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) —The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce held its inaugural State of the Community event Tuesday, Aug. 18, at Southern Regional Technical College in Moultrie.

The community came together to have a discussion about what’s happening in the county, what to improve, and the direction the county is headed in.

The event featured three panels discussing the economy, workforce and quality of life. Many different leaders and community members came to hear what’s next for their city.
