WASHINGTON (7News) — The suspect in the killing of Israeli Embassy staffers outside D.C.'s Capital Jewish Museum is scheduled for an arraignment on Thursday morning, according to court records.
Elias Rodriguez is accused of shooting and killing Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim back in May. Rodriguez faces felony charges, including hate crimes and premeditated murder.

The Justice Department has announced its intention to pursue the death penalty in this case. The arraignment is set for 10 a.m.
