ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The Georgia Bureau of Investigation cancelled an Amber Alert for a 5-week-old girl that was abducted Sunday, according to officials.

Milan Simpson was abducted by 29-year-old Jamale Darcel Simpson around 1:45 p.m. and was since safely returned to her mother. However, police are still searching for the suspect, according to the Johns Creek Police Department.

Jamale Simpson is believed to be traveling in a dark blue 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Georgia temporary tag S2181232. Milan has brown eyes and black curly hair, and Jamale is a Black man who is 5’11” and 160 pounds.
