COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - Two individuals have been arrested for criminal trespassing at a vacant property in Coffee County.
Deputies with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) conducted extra zone patrol on Hickory Ridge Road in response to recent concerns of suspected trespassing at a vacant property.
According to the officers, when they arrived at the property, located at 210 Hickory Ridge Road, they observed that the front door was partially open and noticed several bags lying on the floor. Further investigation indicated that there was a possible unlawful entry.
CCSO conducted a safety check and later detained Skylar Hunter and Courtney Turner; both were found in the home without permission. Police say that both individuals were charged with criminal trespassing.
