THOMAS COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - One man is dead after following a multi-vehicle crash in Thomas County.

76-year-old Homer Henson, of Boston, Ga. is dead following an accident Monday morning, according to Coroner Don Shiver.

The accident occurred at the intersection of US Highway 84 and Dogwood Drive on Monday, July 7.

Coroner Shiver said that they believe Henson was experiencing a medical emergency at the time of the accident.

He said that several other vehicles were involved in a pile-up as a result of the initial crash.

At this time, we do not know of any other injuries.
