Women, in particular, bear the weight of families, trauma, institutions, restoration, justice, and nations.

Woman Exhale aims to create a safe space where women feel empowered to be vulnerable and release—even if just momentarily—and allow themselves to be nourished, inspired, and united in community. We believe that such moments of release and restoration are vital for our healing and renewal.
