Set Up/Hours of Operation:
Vendor set up will take place the day of the event, 2 hours before the event begins at 7AM and must be in place by 9AM. Required hours of operation will be from 9AM- 1PM. Vendors must enter through the parking lot or street and cart materials into the park.
Acceptance:
You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance upon application completion. A $25 non-refundable deposit will be due immediately upon your acceptance to the event. Final payment in full will be required within a week of the event date.
Electricity:
If you are a food vendor we highly recommend providing your own generator if you have one. Please let us know if you need a plug in and the type of plug in needed so that we can make sure we can accommodate.
Location:
We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of food, product or attraction. At the vendor coordinator discretion vendor location may be moved, prior to set up, for any reason.
Other information:
Security will be provided during all hours of the event.
Vendors are not allowed to set up before 7 AM and MUST be out of the park by 3PM.
