VALDOSTA, Ga. (WALB) - It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas for children in Valdosta - Lowndes County!

Saturday, Dec. 13, Beautiful Creations by Chanel will host the fifth annual “A Beautiful Christmas” with Toyz’ in the Hood.

Children will be able to choose one toy and a piece of outerwear. They will also get to take photos with Santa and decorate cookies.

The event will be at the Mildred Hunter Center in Valdosta from 11:30 a.m.to 1 p.m. Children must be present to receive items, all items and food are first come, first served.

Additionally, the J.C. Williams Amvets Post 607 will host its children’s Christmas party on Saturday, Dec. 13. Doors will open at 12:30 p.m., and the programs begin at 1 p.m. at 728 East Hill Avenue in Valdosta.

There will be gifts for children ages one to 12. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.

Santa will be making a special stop at both events!
